On a counterbalance forklift the battery carries travel and lift from the same tray through the shift. Three things belong on the desk: compartment millimetres (length × width × height), the truck’s published voltage class, and whether charging opens at night or in a break. How a counterbalance forklift uses the battery

The tray is part of the counterweight and it feeds the drive. Even when the aisle is tight, you still measure the compartment in millimetres and read the voltage class from the truck document. PzS names the tubular plate inside the cell — it is not a pack cell count.

Tray millimetres, voltage class and the charge window

Write length, width and height in millimetres. 24 V, 48 V and 80 V are common class examples; they do not prove a published forklift pack voltage. The real class comes from the vehicle document. Shift count and the night charge window open a spare-tray talk; they do not calculate capacity.

A tray photo or an OEM tray code speeds fit. Do not invent a millimetre you did not measure: an empty dimension puts an unfit pack on the table.

Will the aisle accept flooded PzS care

If a closed warehouse or plant will take water-level checks and a traction charge profile, the job maps to flooded tubular plates. Do not force a maintenance-free house VRLA box into that tray.

Reach trucks, pallet trucks and other desks

A reach truck wants its own narrow-aisle millimetres. A pallet truck lives on short-stop travel. Solar boxes, start-stop cars and a price list are other conversations — do not open those files from this counterbalance tray.

Is a lithium forklift kit the default here?
