- What is the first split when searching across the seven families?
- The split is the machine, not the chemistry name. Lift and haul sit with traction batteries and forklift batteries. Cabinet backup is sealed AGM batteries and UPS batteries. Solar is solar gel batteries, a boat is marine gel batteries, repeated mobile discharge is deep-cycle gel batteries. On a car, start-stop batteries and starter batteries do not mix.
- Does a family page hand you the model code and the C5 row?
- No. The family page explains the class and the limit. The code and the published row live on that family’s models list; for traction the door is models list. A C5 condition is written on the row and is not invented from the family paragraph. A quote list without the row is incomplete.
- Can compartment fit be decided from the catalogue alone?
- It cannot. The catalogue shows the shared band. Compartment millimetres, the connector and the charge window are discussed on the machine’s application pages page, then written into the quote request. Do not invent a dimension you did not photograph. A family heading alone is not a fitment approval.
- How do you leave the product finder and open a quote?
- Pick the product, open the row, and write the voltage and size you know into the quote request. Leave a box blank if you are unsure; the technical desk settles it with you. The buy page only shows the Turkey channel and does not edit the technical row. Country and quantity go on the form too.
