Quote form: name, email, phone, country, optional company, product family/model, quantity, technical notes and optional marketing preference — to evaluate a B2B quotation request and contact you.
Cookies: language preference (nova-locale) and acknowledgement that this notice was seen (nova-cookie-consent).
Admin-session cookies exist only on /admin for authorised staff.
No advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies are in use.
Legal bases
Quote requests: steps prior to a contract and legitimate interests (Art. 5/2); the checkbox records explicit consent (Art. 5/1).
Strictly necessary cookies: operating the site and remembering language (Art. 5/2-f).
Marketing messages only if you tick the optional box (Art. 5/1).
Transfers and retention
Records are handled by authorised staff. Hosting and email providers may be in the EEA; transfers follow Art. 9 safeguards where applicable.
Quote records are kept for the quotation process and any legal retention duty. Cookies last up to one year.
