- What belongs in the first note on the contact page?
- Write the machine, the country, the quantity and the size you know. Add the voltage class if it is in the equipment document. If you know the application pages heading, name it so the desk opens the right family. Do not invent a millimetre you are unsure of. The first note is the draft of the quote.
- Does a phone call open the same record as the quote form?
- No. A call opens the conversation. The record lives on the quote request form with country, quantity and the technical fields. Mixing the two leads to a request for a code before the desk has a measurement. Calling the same number after the form completes the record; it does not mint a new price.
- Does the contact page state a delivery date?
- It does not. Delivery, stock and price are not in the contact paragraph. The buy page only shows the sales channel in Turkey. To talk about a date, a family and a row inside product families have to be chosen first. A date is not promised before the measurement is written.
