Frequently asked questions
- Does a battery guide replace a catalogue row?
- It does not. A guide tells the quote desk which measurement to write. The row lives on the models list of a family inside product families. The battery guides index lets you scan the job and does not pick the code. Do not treat the article as a catalogue and derive a capacity from it.
- Should a guide be read for price, stock or a delivery date?
- Do not look there. Price, stock count and a delivery day are not in the guide. The Turkey channel sits on the buy page and still prints no price. The commercial answer stays on the quote request record. A number in a guide is not a quotation unless it is a published table row.
- Where should a link inside a guide actually land?
- To the machine’s application page, then its family, then the models list. A sample path runs from forklift batteries through traction batteries to models list. Stamping the same link into every paragraph bloats the web. The next stop is the measurement the reader still does not have.
- What do you write on the quote form after the guide?
- Write the compartment size you know, the voltage class, the quantity and the country. Leave a field blank if you are unsure. The application pages heading should already have named the machine. The form is not a place to paste the guide’s last sentence.
